It really depends on your individual requirements. Every website we build is customised to their industry and involves research, design and contruction. Unlike many other companies we research your competitors to ensure your new website gives you the edge.

It takes approximately 4-8 weeks to build a website from start to finish, depending on complexity and providing we have all the information from you. Generally speaking, the website will only take a long time if we are still waiting for text and images from yourself. We always advise clients prepare the information prior to starting the design process as this allows us to design effectively.

It really depends on what type of website you want. We’ll be able to discuss this in details via a call before we start working together. Depending on which package we agree on we could need…

• Images of you and your team
• Images of your workplace
• High resolution logo
• Content for the website e.g. text, PDFs etc
• Staff Profiles
• Any Videos you would like adding to the website
• Login details to your existing website

Some of this might already be on the existing website, in which case it can be transferred over to the new site.

The quantity of pages and information will depend on the package you have opted for. However every website we build generally includes a minimum of 10 pages of content in order to ensure the site is content rich. Our managment systems will allow you to create new pages quickly and easily, or duplicate existing pages to use within the website. You can add an unlimited number of pages, post projects and galleries.

Before we begin working together, we’ll usually have an initial chat on the phone or in person to discuss the project in details. Once we get started, most of the communication will take place over email and phone.

This makes the process a lot easier as we’ll have all of the information saved and can come back to it later. Once we’ve finished the project, we will book in your 1hr website management training session.

We offer a risk-free guarantee. Before we build your new website, we’ll design a mockup of your homepage, that way you’ll get to see our initial designs before we build the site. This is your opportunity to give us feedback, allow us to revise the design, and then if you really don’t like it, you don’t have to move forward. The best part is, this won’t cost you anything.

Yes, we offer a variety of payment options. The initial 50% is usually taken once you’re happy to move forward. The remainder can be paid via an agreed payment plan. Please contact us to discuss your requirements and we can formulate a plan that suits you.

We include standard website optimisation with all of our websites regardless of the cost. Yes, a domain name is required to host a website. We include a .co.uk or .com domain name with all of our website packages. If you need a domain name registering let us know and we will register this for you. * Whilst we register this on your behalf ‘you’ will always retain ownership of your domain and will be the registered owner on Whois. If you already have a domain registered that’s great, we can simply point this to our servers, if you contact us we will guide you through the process.

Yes, we are registered Google Digital Marketers and we install and promote Google Analytics as a means of evaluating the success of your website and advertising campaigns.  If you do not have Google Analytics installed get in touch and we will guide you through the process or install this for you.

Yes, website hosting is included with all of our website packages. The quantity of space allocated to your account will depend on the website package you have purchased. Please refer to your quote for hosting renewal prices, or refer to our hosting package information page.

Yes, you can host the website yourself should you wish. We can install the site on another hosting provider for you, or you can carry this out yourself if you choose. Our websites do require specific PHP and SQL versions to operate so please contact our team to ensure the hosting package you choose has sufficient resources and technology.

Yes, all of our websites include a management system. We can create a website using most systems, however our preferred system is WordPress. If you have a preference simply let us know and we can work to your requirements.

Yes, and we would encourage you to add content regularly for SEO purposes. You can add unlimited content to your website using our easy to use management systems. You will also have access to lots of pre created layouts for you to choose from ensuring the design standard is maintained throughout the website.

Yes of course. We provide 1 hr free website training with all of our websites, including online video resources. We will always be on hand to guide you as you learn how to edit and manage your website effectively.

We perform standard plugin updates and WordPress updates only (only free plugins) unless otherwise stated in a specific website package or deal. General website content/design edits and updates are charged for accordingly based on the quantity of work required.

Once the site is completed and signed off then any further edits would be charged for accordingly based on the quantity of work required.

Yes, as an example using WordPress will allow you to install 99% of the plugins available within the WordPress Repository. These plugins can enhance your website in various ways, from chat box interaction to a pop up newsletter sign up or booking system, there are few limits to the functionality. The down side is that plugins are created by developers across the world and can sometimes slow your site down or cause issues, it’s wise to check compatibility prior to installing any plugins. You can consult our team if you are unsure.

WP Plugins : WordPress Plugins are modules developed by web designers and developers worldwide, which when installed will extend the funtionality of the WordPress system without editing core files. This allows users to add functionality to their websites quickly and easily. To install plugins simply navigate to Plugins > Add New, you can then browse the various plugins.

Yes 100%. All of our website are responsive to all devices ; mobile, tablet, laptop, pc, mac .

If you have opted for a website package that includes this then we will obtain the best quality images from Shutterstock of Getty Images, if you have not opted for Stock Images with your website we will use our existing stock / and any suitable images from your existing website if you have one. We do encourage a Stock Image package as choosing the right images can make all the difference.

Yes, we happily take care of everything including liaising with your existing hosting provider to procure all data.

Yes, we will zip up the site files and provide a complete backup of everything for your new hosting provider. A small administration fee may apply.
